• Serve as a trusted advisor in a client-facing role, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Manage mid and large-market accounts with precision and care.
• Work with both admitted and non-admitted carriers across various insurance products.
• Handle new and renewal submissions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Review insurance contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Process endorsements, placement requests, invoicing, and more.
• Prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and comprehensive reviews.
• Verify policy coverage and endorsements on all new and renewal business.
• Resolve issues related to cancellations, claims, audits, receivables, and carrier concerns.

What You'll Bring

• An active P&C license and real estate vertical experience.
• A professional designation such as CIC, CPCU, or equivalent job experience.
• Above-average computer skills, with proficiency in platforms like AMS360.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
