Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator located in Durango, CO. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing cost estimates for construction projects, analyzing blueprints and other documentation, collaborating with project managers and engineers, and maintaining accurate records. The Estimator will also be involved in identifying potential cost-saving measures and ensuring estimates align with project budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing cost estimates and analyzing blueprints and other documentation
• 3+ years of estimating experience
• Experience in collaborating with project managers and engineers
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to identify cost-saving measures and ensure estimates align with budgets and timelines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

Position is fully on site in Durango, CO

RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PROVIDED

Candidate has 3-5 years' experience

Salary 90,000 to 110,000, but is negotiable depending on experience

Yearly Bonus, 10% - 20% (based on performance)
