Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Construction Estimator/Project Manager. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for providing accurate and timely construction estimates for commercial building projects. The Construction Estimator will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to develop estimates that consider all aspects of the project, including materials, labor, equipment, and other associated costs. The Construction Estimator will be located in Grafton, IL.

Qualifications

• Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs skills
• Cost Management knowledge and experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Budgeting skills and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other estimating software
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Ability to read and understand complex construction plans and specifications
• Knowledge of Union rules and regulations helpful, specifically carpentry union(s)
