Position Summary: The supervisor is accountable for the training, cleaning, inspecting, and follow-up of all accounts in the designated territory. Summary of Essential Position Functions:

• Training new hires on the company's policies and procedures
• Train and support employees at each facility to ensure clear responsibilities and thorough work inspections.
• Completing daily scheduled inspections as per the detailed schedule.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction- following up on customer issues within 24 hours of complaint
• It is important to maintain the inventory in the building by ordering necessary supplies when required.
• Oversee staff to ensure all duties are completed per task schedule.
• Performing other duties as assigned
• Develop a presence and relationship with customers and employees
• MUST MAINTAIN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

Education/Credentials:

• 2-3 years Janitorial Experience

Experience/Skills/Knowledge:

• Must be able to multi-task and work independently and as a member of a team
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Experience in a service environment is preferred

Schedule: Monday - Friday Shift: Evening Shift

Salary: $16.00 per hour

Experience:

• Janitorial: 2 years (Required)

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
