DescriptionMain Purpose of the Role:Promote and develop district's commercial performances to meet the budget, target, and management guidelines. Will work with the agents in the district, BU's, and key peers to maximize profitability and KPIs.Main Tasks:
- Conduct weekly meetings with agents/local sales regarding the performance trends and seeking opportunities for development.
- Participate in meetings with trades and countries.
- Working alongside management in dealing with all relevant countries, to establish goals and targets for services under portfolio and to promote business in these areas.
- Works in conjunction with Sales, Countries, Trade Manager to implement and measure business plan.
- Weekly forecasts, monitoring performance, quantities analysis, profit analysis.
- Analysis and tracking of customer and agency results versus Budget and Sales Targets.
- Report the exceptions in all reports to Management for immediate action.
- Analyze market and competitor's trends and opportunities.
- Monitor prospect and lost accounts, reporting the opportunities or challenges with agencies and commercial team.
- Tender Follow up with the Strategic Accounts (Global).
- Assist with Agencies on the operational coordination with District and stakeholders for the maintenance of the accounts.
- Schedule performance
- Evaluate new markets/services.
- Function as back up to the commercial assistant manager
Requirements- Project Management of large-scale, complex projects
- High English language skills (Speaking, reading, and writing)
- Fluent in Spanish - advantage
- 2-3 years of related experience
- Microsoft Suite (Advance knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint)
- 4 Year college/university - advantage
- Sales/Commercial and customer relations with strong analytical experience
