A hospital in Colorado is looking for a critical care medicine doctor for locums coverage. The shifts are 24 hours, with 12 hours onsite and 12 hours of off-site call coverage. The physician will cover a 10-bed ICU and must be able to perform bronchoscopies, line placements, and intubations. Ongoing stints are 3-4 shifts. Duties include rounding on ICU patients and collaborating with other specialties as needed in an open ICU setting.
