Position: Health Access Program Coordinator (Bilingual Preferred)
Classification: Non-Exempt
Reports to: Regional Health Access Program Manager
Location: Northern Colorado Health Network; Greeley/Fort Collins, CO
Starting Salary: $21.94 per hour (3 years or less experience) - $23.00 per hour (3+ years of experience)
Position Summary:Responsible for coordinating aspects of the State Drug Assistance Program (SDAP), focusing on client enrollment, eligibility, and navigating medical insurance.
The position will initially focus on outreach to uninsured individuals on the SDAP, assisting them in enrolling in insurance plans accepted at their medical facilities during the enrollment window from November 1 to January 15. Afterward, duties will revert to the standard Health Access Program Coordinator responsibilities.

Qualifications:Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience as a Certified Application Counselor or Health Coverage Guide, customer service background, knowledge of health insurance systems, ability to prioritize, collaborate, attention to detail, strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, cultural competency training, and knowledge of HIV and related issues.
Education:Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Public Health, or related field preferred; equivalent experience in insurance or public benefits enrollment will also be considered.
Software Utilized:Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint, and internet applications.
Material and Equipment:Standard office equipment including computers, printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
Physical Demands and Work Conditions:Office environment, potential travel, clear speaking ability, extended telephone use, computer screen viewing, and keyboarding skills.
