El Segundo High School is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Color Guard Director to lead our dynamic and growing program. This is a year-round position with responsibilities across Fall Competitive Field Season, Winter Guard, and Summer Training.

About the Program:

The ESHS Eagle Pride Marching Band & Color Guard is an award-winning, student-centered program with strong school and community support. We compete in local circuits in the fall (WBA) and participate in Winter Guard competitions during the spring season.

Compensation:
