Job Description :

Tesla Collision is seeking an energetic professional with a proven track record of managing people and processes to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. As the Collision Center Manager, you will be responsible for managing the workflow and workforce at our OEM-owned Collision repair center. This position requires a strong understanding of Collision shop business processes and operations, as well as the willingness to adapt and excel in a dynamic environment. You must be a tactical problem solver capable of working in a fast-paced setting, multi-tasking, and leading a team to achieve business goals.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee daily operations of the Collision Center in collaboration with the Regional Collision Manager to ensure consistent delivery of excellent results.
  • Manage resource scheduling, work standards, and team performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement to enhance team output and customer service, championing safety, efficiency, quality, and excellence.
  • Forecast and surpass site goals through regular audits.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, maintaining Tesla's brand integrity, processes, and values.
  • Provide coaching and feedback, leveraging your understanding of your team's strengths and opportunities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Regional Collision Manager.
What You'll Bring
  • 5-8 years of management experience in the collision industry.
  • Leadership experience managing diverse teams; vocational certification in Collision Repair preferred.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to motivate and inspire your team.
  • Ability to work independently, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair procedures, methods, and tools; experience with repair estimates and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
