Job Summary

Location: Smyrna

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee all aspects of their center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. Responsibilities include recruiting, recognizing, and retaining talented teammates, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring vehicle repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable in accordance with SOP, insurance partners, and industry standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of collision management experience
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance coverage

Skills and Knowledge

• Advanced understanding of collision estimates
• Prior experience with CCC1
• Knowledge of repair processes and procedures
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting over 50 lbs
