As part of a national MSO and one of the fastest-growing dealerships and collision centers in the region, we're looking for a dynamic Collision Center Manager to lead our high-performing team.

Role Overview:

As Collision Center Manager, you'll oversee all day-to-day operations including production flow, quality control, staff development, and customer satisfaction. You'll ensure repair orders are completed efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of technicians, estimators, and support staff

  • Manage workflow to maximize shop efficiency and cycle time

  • Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and vendors

  • Oversee parts procurement, repair quality, and final delivery

  • Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and operational standards

  • Drive CSI performance and ensure top-tier customer service

Ideal Candidate:
  • 3+ years of collision center management experience

  • Proven leadership in a high-volume collision repair environment

  • Strong understanding of DRP programs and insurance processes

  • I-CAR certification (Gold Class or higher preferred)

  • Proficiency with estimating systems (CCC One preferred)

  • High level of integrity, organization, and accountability
