As part of a national MSO and one of the fastest-growing dealerships and collision centers in the region, we're looking for a dynamic Collision Center Manager to lead our high-performing team.

As Collision Center Manager, you'll oversee all day-to-day operations including production flow, quality control, staff development, and customer satisfaction. You'll ensure repair orders are completed efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and motivate a team of technicians, estimators, and support staff
Manage workflow to maximize shop efficiency and cycle time
Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and vendors
Oversee parts procurement, repair quality, and final delivery
Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and operational standards
Drive CSI performance and ensure top-tier customer service
3+ years of collision center management experience
Proven leadership in a high-volume collision repair environment
Strong understanding of DRP programs and insurance processes
I-CAR certification (Gold Class or higher preferred)
Proficiency with estimating systems (CCC One preferred)
High level of integrity, organization, and accountability
