Wonderful Education is seeking a Transition Coach to serve as a high school to college coach for a caseload of high school seniors to support every step of their educational journey beginning in the spring of 11th grade through the first term of college. The ideal candidate brings a passion for and experience in education/youth development, a tireless commitment to helping seniors and scholars achieve their goals no matter the barriers, and the ability to contribute to a fast-paced team that works across the Central Valley. This position is currently open for one position, located in Kern County. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and maintain high-touch relationships with seniors and Scholars to be able to best support college & career goals of each student while in high school.
