Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Entry-Level College Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will represent Landscape Workshop at college and university career fairs, build relationships with campus career centers and student organizations, and help attract top entry-level talent for internships and full-time roles. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about connecting with students and starting a career in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing college recruiting strategies to attract a diverse and talented candidate pool.
  • Represent LW at career fairs, networking events, and information sessions at colleges and universities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with campus career centers, professors, and student organizations.
  • Promote company culture, values, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and coordinate interview logistics.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases.
  • Support planning and coordination of internship programs and other early talent initiatives.
  • Designing and creating promotional items, swag and print materials
  • Social media strategy support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Willingness to travel to college campuses and recruitment events (typically seasonal).
  • Willingness to be in office full-time when not traveling for work-related events.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of groups and engaging with diverse audiences.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Canva a plus.
  • Passion for helping others and promoting career opportunities to students and recent grads.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a campus ambassador, peer mentor, or leadership role during college.
  • Internship or coursework related to recruiting, HR, or marketing.
