Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAdmissions Representative - NYCA private career college with multiple campuses is seeking Admissions Representatives for its Manhattan, NY location. The ideal candidate will be highly energetic, goal-oriented, and possess strong phone and interview skills. The institution is committed to continuous improvement, focusing on academic excellence, student services, and compliance.Responsibilities:

• Conduct personal interviews, phone calls, and email/text correspondence to identify prospective students and assess their educational interests and needs.
• Assist students throughout the admissions process.
• Deliver engaging presentations to introduce and promote programs to prospective students.
• Provide outstanding customer service to all callers and visitors.
• Actively participate in all recruiting activities.

• Associate's degree or higher preferred (experience may be considered in place of a degree).
• Positive and upbeat personality.
• Experience in admissions, recruiting, or consultative sales is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with a diverse student base.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Proficiency in computers, database entry, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain organization.
• Availability for day, evening, and some weekend hours.
