Job Posting External Job Duties Maintain regular communication with customers, branches/dealers and internal company personnel to assure that assigned accounts are kept in current status and payment is forthcoming. Provide customer service and maintain appropriate documentation of collection procedures performed. Revise and upload invoices into third party portals and update in billing system. Review portfolio using Accounts Receivable (AR) metrics and detail reports. Research and reconcile account history.
