Collections Analyst - Addison Group : Job Details

Location: Aurora, Illinois

Compensation: $28-32/hour depending on relevant experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze outstanding invoices.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing of clients.
• Contact clients to collect overdue payments through phone calls, emails, and letters.
• Analyze client accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain reports on collection activities and status of accounts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills required, including proficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, and spreadsheet management.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
