Government Jobs - Full Time - $35,214.40 - $47,548.80 Annually ONE CURRENT VACANCY Under general supervision, the purpose of the position is to perform skilled wastewater treatment process tasks and to maintain compliance with State discharge regulations. Employees in this classification operate various pumps, valves, presses, conveyors, and other equipment, clean tanks and the plant grounds, collect plant operational data, collect wastewater and sludge samples for analysis, write in daily logs, and communicate with manager about any changes that is made to plant operations. Position ensures compliance with established safety and accident prevention standards. Performs related work as directed.
