Key Responsibilities:

• Mix and prepare cocktails and beverages according to The Greene Turtle's recipes and specifications.
• Ensure accurate pouring of wine, liquor, and beer while adhering to proper measurements.
• Check IDs of guests purchasing alcohol to ensure responsible service.
• Create beverages for both patrons and service tickets in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the bar, cocktail area, and storage spaces.
• Wash glassware and bar utensils after each use to ensure cleanliness and presentation.
• Provide friendly and upbeat service to all bar patrons, adhering to established steps of service.
• Accurately process orders and handle cash using MICROS system.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of all food and drink offerings.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and serve responsibly, including the ability to deny service when necessary.
• Stock and restock bar supplies as needed.
• Complete all assigned cleaning duties and side work each shift.
• Participate in training programs set by The Greene Turtle.
• Inspire and motivate the team through positive role modeling.
• Maintain a valid alcohol compliance certification as required by state regulations.
• Additional tasks may be assigned as requested by management.

Requirements:

• This position involves standing for the entire shift.
• Ability to adhere to The Greene Turtle uniform policy consistently.
• Must report to work as scheduled and be reliable.
• Manage all aspects of alcohol-related sales and incidents effectively.
• Occasional exposure to varying temperatures in the work environment.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 35 pounds regularly.
• Be comfortable with reaching, bending, stooping, and cleaning.
• Frequently immerse hands in water for cleaning purposes.
