Coating Operator (Full Time) - Overnight Shift - Nestl S.A : Job Details

This position is for 3rd shift; Sunday night - Friday morning 11:00 pm-7:30 am. The Coating Operator is responsible for all activities related to the coating of the product as per formula instructions. Also, responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect assuring the quality and quantity of product produced. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Competently operates coating machinery independently as well as within a team environment. - Moves skids using an electric and/or manual jack and operate hand tools - Labels with batch records. - Documents coating process information as per SOP. - Loads and unloads coating machine. - Weighs coating ingredients as per formula to prepare coating solution/color solution. - Monitors coating operation periodically and report any abnormal conditions to the manager. - Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance. - Follows safety rules, SOPs...Night Shift, Operator, Coating, Overnight
