Coach - BRYANT & STRATTON COLLEGE : Job Details

Recruit and retain student-athletes to meet program enrollment goals, minimum roster size, and scholarship budget guidelines. Promote academic success by monitoring the academic performance and classroom engagement of all team members. Collaborate with the Athletic Director to develop and manage the team schedule, including practices, games, and travel arrangements. Ensure the program operates within budget guidelines, including ordering equipment, managing inventory, and processing purchase orders. Foster sportsmanship and team culture that represents the College positively in the community and among peers. Lead daily practices and coach the team in games and tournaments. Accurately maintain and input recruitment, admissions, and marketing data. Ensure compliance with Bryant & Stratton College policies and governing bodies such as the USCAA where applicable.
