Perform responsibilities assisting the Pilot in Command (PIC) or Second in Command (SIC) in North America, South America and Western Europe safely and efficiently with emphasis on passenger service and safety.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Safely and proficiently, operates private company aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations, company policies and manufacturers' recommendations.
Performs aircraft pre-flight inspection verifying airworthy condition as well as post flight inspections. Determining the accurate loading of passengers, baggage and cargo including calculating and solving weight and balance problems
Utilizes Flight Risk Assessment Tool consistently to assess and mitigate risk.
Completes records and makes appropriate entries in aircraft logbooks/operations forms
Collaborates to complete complex and non-routine responsibilities working in an agile environment. Applies flight experience to resolve issues. Discusses issues with a Senior Pilot.
Exhibits accountability for work and behaviors.
Ensures compliance with local, state, federal and foreign regulations.
Takes the initiative to discuss assignments, expectations, priorities and deadlines as well as seek guidance and coaching from manager. Notifies manager when workload is light and volunteers for additional work. Adjusts quickly to new work structures, processes, requirements or cultures.
Identifies efficiencies to team and manager. Documents work as part of deliverables, resulting in high quality materials for internal and external usage.
Performs in-flight duties as assigned by the Captain or PIC
Performs duties of Pilot-In-Command should the Captain become incapacitated
Ensures that the aircraft is clean and prepared for flight with all provisions on board for the safety and comfort of the passengers
Reviews and calculates the aircraft weight and balance, fuel on board and performance charts
Studies weather conditions at destination, en route, alternate airports and departure points
Complies with schedules, and other directives governing the aircraft's operation
May perform pre-flight inspections.

Minimum Requirements
Education
Licenses
Valid U.S. passport.
Commercial Multi-Engine Land Certificate, Instrument Airplane (ATP or ATP-CTP Course Completion Preferred)
Current FAA Airline Transport Certification
Current FAA First Class Medical Certification
Experience
Minimum 1500 hours total flight time completed/logged (TT)
Minimum 500 hours multiengine airplane flight time completed/logged (TT)

Process and results oriented, motivated to keep projects moving ahead by removing obstacles and exploring alternatives

Ability to create clear reports and data visualizations to assist in decision-making and problem analysis
Conversant in technical discipline acumen

Ability to interact and collaborate with all levels of management within department
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to devote time when not flying for continuing education on Aviation and company procedures to stay proficient and up to date on industry changes
Willingness to attend aviation symposiums, seminars for continuing knowledge enhancement of aviation job duties and responsibilities.
Proficient MS Office Suite, computer and aviation I-Pad/tablet applications.
Work hours are random Monday through Sunday, with long work days at times.
Ability to travel away from home with overnight layovers for frequent time periods.
Ability to travel overseas.
