We're Hiring!

Family Services' Counseling Clinic is seeking a full-time licensed Co-Occurring Substance Abuse Disorder Therapist or Co-Occurring Therapist-in-Training to join our team who will serve clients in our Green Bay Clinic location. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive assessments by collecting all information outlined in the program's Biopsychosocial Assessment Form, providing and updating diagnostic impressions based on information collected from the assessments, developing treatment plans by establishing treatment goals with the client and obtaining client/parent's signatures on treatment plan, and implementing treatment by providing psychotherapy in accordance with the diagnosis and treatment plan.

Qualifications

Education Requirement:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or other closely related mental health discipline.

Licensure Requirements:

  • Wisconsin state certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor or In-Training Licensure.
  • Substance abuse licensure, such as CSAC, SAC, or SAC-IT.
  • Must be eligible for Medical Assistance, Medicare (if applicable) and other third party reimbursement.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to work some evening hours are required.
  • A valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle, auto insurance and an acceptable driving record are required for this position.
  • Family Services is able to obtain malpractice insurance on your behalf.
  • Maintain eligibility to practice and active status with your licensing board through the State of Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing.
  • Maintain eligibility for reimbursement from Medicaid, Medicare (if applicable) or other insurance panels.
