The Co-Manager is responsible for the hiring, training, and continuing development of the crew in the store. In addition, the Co-Manager assists the unit manager in operating and maintaining the store to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. You will help be the driving force behind the restaurant's day-to-day operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently, delivering outstanding customer service while maximizing profitability.
You will be responsible for a range of activities including staff recruitment, training, and development.
