Co-Head of Securities Based Lending - Wells Fargo : Job Details

Manage all risk management activities, including issue management and credit risk. Develop stress testing frameworks to risk manage this portfolio and enhance the rules based automated dynamic lending value framework. Manage and develop specialized teams of managers and professional individual contributors. Perform market research related to development and testing of services and products. Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development within the Securities Based Lending Team Work in partnership with Co-Head of Securities Based lending to provide vision and make strategic decisions to resolve highly complex, unique, and critical product line issues to meet deliverables. Interpret and develop range of new products or product lines and product life cycle management for functions with moderate to high complexity and risk.
