We are seeking a visionary Co-CEO to shape the future of our brands and lead us through the next phase of strategic growth. As Co-CEO, you will co-lead a dynamic company in the fitness and wellness sector in Italy, fostering innovation, driving operational excellence, and representing our brands to partners, stakeholders, and the broader market.

• Be the public and strategic face of the company, communicating key decisions and initiatives to stakeholders and the market.
• Shape and execute business strategies that drive growth and expand our international footprint.
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth operations and strategic alignment across departments.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource management while identifying growth opportunities and innovation pathways.
• Champion a strong, positive company culture focused on performance, collaboration, and excellence.

• Proven experience in a senior executive or CEO role, ideally in the fitness, wellness, hospitality, or digital lifestyle sectors.
• Deep knowledge of business operations, financial strategy, and corporate leadership.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a proven track record in restructuring or transformational contexts.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Native Italian speaker, fluent in English and/or German.
• Confident communicator with strong project management skills and a hands-on, decisive mindset.
• Deep understanding of industry regulations and market trends.
