CNC Setup/Operator – 2nd Shift (Temp-to-Hire) Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.50 to $20.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Monday through Thursday from 03:30pm to 02:00am)

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision wire and metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and measurement tools
• Load raw materials, select tooling, and input or adjust program settings as needed
• Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Monitor machine operations, make offsets/adjustments, and ensure part accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform basic preventative maintenance

CNC Setup/Operator – 2nd Shift (Temp-to-Hire) Qualifications:

• Previous CNC machine operation and setup experience required (1+ years preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and use precision measurement tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of feeds, speeds, and offsets
• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
• High school diploma or equivalent required
