CNC Router Operator - Manpower Group : Job Details

Our client, a leading distributor of high-performance engineering plastic shapes, is seeking a CNC Router Operator to join their team. As a CNC Router Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production and machine shop teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Router Operator

Location: Angola, NY

Pay Range: $20-25/hour

Shift: 1st & 2nd available - Monday - Thursday (10 hour shifts)

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate CNC router to machine plastic and composite parts

• Read blueprints/job orders for product specs, including dimensions, tolerances, and tooling instructions

• Select and secure tools in tool holders and position workpieces

• Adjust and edit feeds, speeds, and depth of cut

• Monitor machine operation and verify machined workpieces meet specifications

What's Needed?

• Prior CNC Router Operator experience

• High School Diploma/GED

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Forklift Certified or willingness to get certifed. CNC certification a plus

• Comfortable working in a warehouse/machine shop environment and lifting up to 75 lbs
