CNC Router Operator - Owens Corning : Job Details

Perform proper startup and shutdown operations of CNC routers. Adjust controls and machine settings for specific patterns and ensure product remains within dimensional specifications. Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and determine necessary support maintenance. Ensure products are properly tagged and packaged. Inspect pieces for quality measures. Complete daily production paperwork neatly, accurately, and legibly. Load line with product and transport finished units to the appropriate warehouse location without damaging the product. Perform daily inspections on the forklift and complete proper paperwork for damage or repair requests. Perform daily housekeeping tasks. Communicate effectively with shift supervisor and maintenance personnel. Promote a positive work attitude and team approach throughout the company. Comply with company policies and all safety rules and procedures. Perform all other duties as assigned.
