CNC Programmer - Storm Search : Job Details

Job Description

• Program CNC equipment efficiently to meet production needs.
• Verify and optimize CNC tool paths to ensure accuracy and error-free programs.
• Meet or exceed production schedules and estimated time requirements.
• Continuously improve technical knowledge, skills, and programming methods.
• Provide shop floor support for CNC programs, machines, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain organized documentation, including operation sheets and tooling lists.
• Maintain strong knowledge of CNC machine capabilities within the facility.
• Analyze work orders and part blueprints to optimize machining processes.
• Adjust and refine tooling, feeds, and speeds for maximum efficiency per machine center.
• Apply expertise in machining properties of a wide range of materials used in production.

Experience Required

• High School Diploma OR GED
• Gibbscam and/or Edgecam experience preferred
• G Code experience
