- Responsible for programming multi-axis CNC mill-turn lathes and CNC mills.
- Develop and maintain new CNC programs.
- Optimize current CNC programs using the latest cutting tools and techniques.
- Maintain program library.
- Select cutting tools, work holding tools and fixtures for new parts.
- Create standardized, detailed tool sheets.
- Provide support and resolve technical and program issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 5+ years' experience programming multi-axis mill-turn lathes.
- Must be able to read and interpret drawings and models with proficiency with geometric dimensions and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Must be very detail oriented, organized, have good communication skills and be a team player.
- Must be able to work quickly and accurately with little supervision.
- Must be hands on and willing to work on the shop floor proving out programs and troubleshooting issues on the machines
