Position OverviewProgram and Set-Up various CNC machines.

• Develop CNC Programs
• Set up CNC machines.
• Develop CNC machining process for new projects.
• Maintain effectiveness and efficiency.
• Apply the best strategy and techniques to obtain the most efficient and capable process.
• Selecting appropriate cutting tools and work-holding tools for new projects
• Provide training for machine operators for each new set up/process.
• Update and modify outdated programs, implement the latest cutting techniques, and lean methodology.
• Maintain quality and safety control standards.
• Successfully pass First piece inspection and deliver capable process to production team.
• Effectively work with other departments to achieve the common goal

• Provide training for machine operators for each new set up/process.
• Update and modify outdated programs, implement the latest cutting techniques, and lean methodology.
• Troubleshoot minor machine errors, program errors.
• Maintain quality and safety control standards.
• Successfully pass First piece inspection and deliver capable process to production team.
• Effectively work with other departments to achieve the common goal
