Position OverviewThe CNC Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality, ensuring that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.

This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality, ensuring that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to engineering specifications.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and quality of finished products.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand production requirements.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products and document results to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and product quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in CNC machining preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC operator, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with CNC programming and operation of various CNC machines.
• Knowledge of materials including plastics and metal stamping.
• Experience with laser die cutting and 3D printing technology is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and commitment to safety protocols.
