What You'll Do: CNC Operation: Set up full production cycle and operate CNC Lathe machines for tasks such as turning, drilling, bar feeding, and live tooling. (Hyundai, Mori, Yugi, HAAS) Machine Optimization: Optimize setup times, improve productivity, maintain offsets, and maximize machine utilization. Blueprint Interpretation: Read and understand blueprints and route instructions. GD&T Application: Apply expertise in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). Program Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot programs and make necessary adjustments.
