  • Develop and standardize manufacturing processes and CNC programs using CAM software
  • Lead PFMEA initiatives and define process control standards
  • Evaluate and improve manufacturing methods, tooling, and equipment layout
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools such as SMED and Kaizen
  • Support capital equipment selection, setup, and implementation
  • Provide guidance on manufacturability and contribute to production planning
  • Collaborate with suppliers, internal teams, and global locations
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical development
  • Maintain ERP routing and documentation to reflect accurate process data
  • Troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause investigations

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years in a manufacturing engineering role
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T, CNC machining, and fixture design
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks and Esprit (or similar CAD/CAM tools)
  • Experienced in standard work creation and continuous improvement practices
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and vendor coordination
  • U.S. government clearance eligibility required
  • Less than 10% travel anticipated
