Hours & Pay Pay Rate: $24-$30/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Weekend Shift | Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Work 36 Hours, Get Paid for 40. Employment Type: Temp to Hire Position Overview In this role, you'll be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC and manual machines to produce high-quality components in accordance with engineering specifications. Key Responsibilities Interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings to plan machining operations Program and operate CNC mills, lathes, and/or EDMs Conduct first-run inspections and ensure machining operations meet tight tolerances Use GD&T principles for quality measurement and inspection Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or process malfunctions Perform tool changes, reprogramming, and preventative maintenance Maintain accurate records, communicate shift updates, and support a clean work environment Contribute to LEAN manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards Why You'll Love Working With Us We believe in supporting the people behind the machines.
