Job Description We're seeking skilled Machine Operator to join a high-performance team. In this role, you will set up and operate a variety of machine tools to manufacture precision parts and assemblies to exacting tolerances, supporting aerospace and mechanical systems.
  • Set up and operate manual and CNC machine tools to produce parts to engineering specifications
  • Interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical documentation
  • Determine tooling, sequence of operations, feeds, and speeds
  • Use machinist hand tools and precision measuring instruments
  • Perform standard shop math and layout techniques
  • Fit and assemble mechanical components
  • Perform minor machine maintenance (e.g., filter changes, coolant level checks)
  • Deburr, drill, bore, hone, grind, and fasten components as needed
  • Operate multiple machines concurrently when required
  • Move product across the manufacturing floor and complete system transactions
  • Monitor and verify quality in accordance with process control procedures
  • Support continuous improvement by assisting and training coworkers
  • Train toward and achieve MVP (Manufacturing Versatility Program) qualification
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Qualifications
  • CNC machine experience
  • Formal apprenticeship or equivalent technical training/experience
  • Able to work any shift and stand for full 8-hour shifts
  • Capable of lifting, bending, and working in a manufacturing environment
  • Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
  • Experience with machining in a production environment preferred
Per Diem: A standard per diem of $110/week is available for candidates who reside 150+ miles away from the work location and meet eligibility criteria. Additional Information Here's a heads-up of the upcoming steps:
