ATLANTIC GENERAL HOSPITAL - Certified Nursing Assistant Trainee (CNA) Position Summary Atlantic General Hospital is looking for candidates for our Certified Nursing Assistant Trainee (CNA) Program. This is an internal Certified Nursing Assistant course at Atlantic General Hospital that is accredited by the Maryland Board of Nursing. The training is a six-week program that includes both classroom and a clinical rotation, according to the requirements and standards as defined by the Maryland Board of Nursing. The classroom training and clinical hours will be located at Atlantic General Hospital. Classroom hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 1pm Certified Nursing Assistant Trainee (CNA) Position Requirements

• No previous healthcare experience needed.
• High School Diploma.
• Must achieve a minimum score on both the Reading and Math assessment that will be scheduled with Lower Shore Workforce Alliance.

• May be assigned to day, evening, or night shifts or a combination per departmental policy.
• Scheduled off at least three holidays per year.
• Required to work weekends per unit need.
• Expected to work overtime on occasion.
