The Aide Orderly (CNA) provides basic patient care, observations, and diagnostic support for the unit-specific patient population under the direct supervision of a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Registered Nurse (RN), or Nurse Management team member. This role ensures care is delivered in accordance with hospital policies and procedures while supporting the Mission and Core Values of Community Hospital of San Bernardino. Key Responsibilities:Deliver basic patient care and conduct observations as directed by nursing staff. Assist in diagnostic services to support patient care plans. Uphold hospital policies and procedures to ensure quality and compliance. Actively participate in fulfilling the Mission and Core Values of the hospital.
