Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver top-notch nursing care to residents
• Monitor resident conditions and update the nursing team
• Record and document vital signs
• Assist residents with daily activities such as grooming and feeding
• Maintain a clean and safe environment following hygiene best practices
• Transport residents within the facility as needed
• Engage with residents to provide comfort and build relationships
