Job OverviewThe Cloud Solution Architect is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of Atorus and/or sponsor Computing Environments and Networks. These responsibilities are done in accordance with Atorus and/or sponsor standard operating procedures (SOPs), Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH Guidelines and sponsor requirements.

Job Responsibilities
Design and implement policies, controls, and templates for cloud resources deployed or managed by Atorus.Consult stakeholders in the design of cloud infrastructure regarding scalability, reliability, authentication, authorization, monitoring, and security.Provisioning and configuration of Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, and other necessary cloud resources.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Atorus and client systems/networks.Design, deploy, and configure computing environments to fit client needs and Atorus needs.Manage cloud applications and ensure proper authentication and authorization procedures for systems.Administer cloud-based services used by Atorus including Exchange, Office 365, and Azure Active Directory.Design CI/CD pipelines for Atorus and client projects to ensure efficient testing, building, and deployment of software and applications.Manage Cloud based user and service accounts in Active Directory including troubleshooting authentication and authorization, creating/editing accounts where needed, and ensuring secure and proper access to accounts.Evaluate and document existing systems to provide insights on performance and their fit for purpose.Qualifications And Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (some roles may accept equivalent experience).2+ years of experience in cloud computing, system administration, or DevOps.Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Strong skills in Python, Bash, or Go.Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools.Experience with Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Ansible.Familiarity with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or CloudWatch.Preferred to have one or more of the following certifications:AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator.Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect or Azure Administrator.Google Professional Cloud Engineer.Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).Preferred Skills
