ResponsibilitiesCustomer Centricity
  • Gather customer/partner insights and leverage these to align solutions with business outcomes, acting as the voice of the customer.
  • Develop impactful relationships with internal teams and technical specialists, proposing solutions based on specific products, demonstrating complex concepts, and collaborating on design sessions.
  • Support customer skilling and readiness by delivering technical guidance and transferring knowledge to close skill gaps.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by providing positive experiences, understanding success conditions, and addressing dissatisfaction with remedial actions.
  • Actively listen, challenge constructively, and escalate issues appropriately.
Business Impact
  • Identify issues, advise on performance optimization, and apply governance to minimize risks while ensuring solution quality.
  • Work with customers to identify root causes, resolve blockers, and accelerate solution deployment, applying technical and business knowledge.
  • Assess customer needs, identify growth opportunities, and propose solutions leveraging Microsoft architectures, supporting implementation to achieve value outcomes.
  • Understand competitors' solutions and demonstrate Microsoft's strengths to highlight value.
Technical Leadership
  • Engage in development opportunities to learn new technologies.
  • Share insights and technical knowledge within the team and participate in external technical events.
  • Support research projects, contribute to IP creation, and identify opportunities for reuse and process improvements.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, architecture, or consulting.
  • OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements
  • Due to the nature of the role, Microsoft cannot sponsor work visas for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role and on technical projects.
  • Technical certifications in cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Google, security certifications).
