As a Cloud Solution Architect - Azure Core, you will work closely with Microsoft's strategic partners to help them achieve their business goals by fully leveraging their Microsoft technology investments. You will lead critical technical discussions, ensuring partners unlock the full potential of Microsoft solutions and resolve challenges that could impede customer success. ResponsibilitiesCustomer Centricity

• Gather customer/partner insights to map solutions with business outcomes and act as the voice of the customer.
• Develop impactful relationships with internal teams and technical specialists, proposing solutions and demonstrating complex concepts.
• Support customer skilling and deliver technical discussions to ensure readiness and operational health.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction by understanding success conditions and addressing dissatisfaction.

Business Impact

• Identify and advise on performance optimization, escalate issues, and apply governance to minimize risks.
• Work with customers to resolve blockers, identify growth opportunities, and support solution deployment.
• Leverage knowledge of Microsoft and competitor products to demonstrate value and expand customer engagement.

Technical Leadership

• Engage in development opportunities and share insights through community events and internal knowledge sharing.
• Support research projects and contribute to intellectual property initiatives.

QualificationsMinimum

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or equivalent experience.

Preferred

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including customer-facing roles and technical projects.
• Technical certifications in cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Google, security).
