Job Description
We are looking for someone who is a generalist at heart, curious, appreciates complexity, and knows when to step back or dive deep. We call this role a Cloud Service Reliability Engineer.
The Cloud Service Reliability Engineer will be responsible for the effective design, execution, and maintenance of systems implemented on-premise or in the cloud, primarily focusing on access management, cloud computing services and integrations, and data analytics technologies.
Responsibilities of the Cloud Service Reliability Engineer:
Establish technology product specifications and collaborate with various functions to ensure successful product development and implementation.Deploy, support, and monitor new and existing services, platforms, and application stacks.Drive improvements to processes and design enhancements for automation to continuously improve the production environment.Note: The responsibilities listed above are repeated in the original text; ensure clarity and avoid redundancy in final version.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automating infrastructure, service delivery, and engineering site reliability, maintaining infrastructure on-premise and in cloud environments.
- Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Puppet, Chef, Fabric, Ansible, Salt).
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), PaaS, SaaS.
- Experience with DevOps tools (GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Jira, and other CI/CD tools).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Expertise in Active Directory Domain Services, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), and Active Directory Certificate Services.
