Role Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor customer environments
- Handle alerts, incidents, service requests, and changes within SLA
- Analyze tickets, follow SOPs, escalate issues when necessary
- Perform tasks like monitoring service health, restarting environments, troubleshooting, deploying updates, and running scripts
- Communicate with customers and internal teams via calls and tickets
- Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency

- Customer-focused with strong empathy

- Ability to work with global, remote teams
- Quick learner of new technologies and tools
- Comfortable in a fast-paced enterprise environment
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience with AWS, Linux, and systems monitoring
- 1-2 years in enterprise Linux administration
- 1-2 years operational experience with AWS
- Knowledge of supporting and troubleshooting cloud applications and infrastructure (e.g., Java, tomcat, RDS, Postgres, etc.)
- Eligibility to support FedRAMP (US Citizenship required)
