This position is part of a 16-week paid Returnship designed for experienced professionals with at least 5 years of experience returning to the workforce after a hiatus of at least one year. • Manage and monitor customer environments
• Handle alerts, incidents, service requests, and changes within SLA
• Analyze tickets, follow SOPs, escalate issues when necessary
• Perform tasks like monitoring service health, restarting environments, troubleshooting, deploying updates, and running scripts
• Communicate with customers and internal teams via calls and tickets
• Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency

• Quick learner of new technologies and tools
• Comfortable in a fast-paced enterprise environment

• Experience with AWS, Linux, and systems monitoring
• 1-2 years in enterprise Linux administration
• 1-2 years operational experience with AWS
• Knowledge of supporting and troubleshooting cloud applications and infrastructure (e.g., Java, tomcat, RDS, Postgres, etc.)
• Eligibility to support FedRAMP (US Citizenship required)
