Cloud Onboarding Engineer - Align : Job Details

Were looking for a motivated and service-focused Cloud Onboarding Engineer to join our Managed Services Team. In this role, youll help new clients get started on our Azure Managed Cloud Platform, acting as a key point of contact during onboarding. Youll work closely with internal technical teams, support users (especially VI - Ps), and ensure a smooth and positive start for each client relationship. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career to grow technical skills, gain project coordination experience, and deliver exceptional client service. Success in this role requires strong client-centric communication, proactive problem solving, and the ability to manage details across multiple teams and timelines.
