We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented Network Solutions Engineer to join our team. You will act as a bridge between customers and our HPE Engineered Solutions network fabric solutions. Your responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their Layer 2/Layer 3 integration needs, designing network architectures for our Private Cloud offers, and developing automation solutions to streamline network operations.

This position is ideal for professionals with a deep understanding of networking technologies, excellent communication skills, and hands-on programming experience in GoLang and Python.

• Customer Engagement: Facilitate discussions with HPE Field, Partners, and customers to explain our Network Architecture and integration with their fabric via Layer 2/Layer 3 protocols, focusing on private cloud systems, datacenter interconnection, and security architecture.
• Solution Architecture: Develop tailored network architecture plans that meet customer needs, leveraging HPE solutions. Identify challenges and provide innovative, scalable solutions.
• Automation Development: Design and develop automation tools using GoLang and Python for deployment, monitoring, and management of networks. Maintain and improve automation solutions.
• Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Work with internal teams to align customer needs, document requirements, and share solutions for continuous improvement.

• Strong knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking concepts and protocols (e.g., VLANs, BGP, OSPF, VxLAN, EVPN).
• Hands-on experience with HPE network devices and troubleshooting tools.
• Experience with software-defined networking and automation frameworks (e.g., VMware NSX, Ansible, Terraform).
• Proficiency in scripting with GoLang, Python, and Java.

• Exceptional communication skills to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of professional experience, with a Master's degree preferred; without a Master's, 15+ years of experience.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as solutions architect or technical consultant is highly desirable.
