However, please know that we always put ourselves in the candidate's shoes to ensure they have the best possible experience.We look forward to meeting you!Job DescriptionJoin our team and start a new adventure in an international and dynamic environment where you will be able to fulfil your career expectations in a fast-growing organization.As a Cloud Migration Consultant , you will advise and support our clients through their transition to cloud-based infrastructure. You will assess current systems, identify the most suitable cloud platforms, and lead end-to-end migration projects, ensuring minimal business disruption. Your expertise will guide both technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the entire process, including post-migration optimization and training.Your missionsAssess clients' existing infrastructure and data practices to identify cloud readiness.Recommend tailored migration strategies aligned with industry best practices.Evaluate cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and recommend the most suitable solution.Collaborate with technical stakeholders to design secure, scalable migration plans.Lead or assist in the execution of data and application migration with minimal operational impact.Conduct hands-on workshops and training sessions for client teams on the new cloud environment.Provide ongoing advisory support and identify performance optimization opportunities post-migration.Your profileAcademic background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in cloud migration and infrastructure consulting.Experience with SQL databases and deep understanding of Azure cloud services.Proven record of leading or supporting successful cloud migration projects.Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert).Fluent Japanese and English communication skills (written and spoken).You have the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.You are adaptable, problem-solving oriented, and thrive in high-pressure project environments.What We OfferAn international community bringing together 110+ different nationalities.An environment where trust has a central place: 70% of our key leaders started their careers at the first level of responsibilities.A robust training system with our internal Academy and 250+ available modules.A vibrant workplace that frequently gathers for internal events (afterworks, team buildings, etc.).Strong commitments to CSR notably through participation in our WeCare Together program.Amaris Consulting is proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace.
