About The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Cloud Engineer to support and expand our enterprise productivity and AI capabilities. In this role you'll work closely with our client's global infrastructure and information security teams. This role will focus on Microsoft 365 (O365) administration, Azure AI services, Azure AI Foundry, and Copilot Studio to build intelligent workflows, enhance user experiences, and enable AI-assisted productivity across the organization.

About The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Cloud Engineer to support and expand our enterprise productivity and AI capabilities. In this role you'll work closely with our client's global infrastructure and information security teams. This role will focus on Microsoft 365 (O365) administration, Azure AI services, Azure AI Foundry, and Copilot Studio to build intelligent workflows, enhance user experiences, and enable AI-assisted productivity across the organization.Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize O365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Develop and deploy solutions using Copilot Studio to automate business processes and create conversational AI experiences.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to integrate Azure OpenAI services into internal applications and user tools.
• Implement AI-driven solutions leveraging Azure Cognitive Services, including Language Understanding, Vision, and Speech APIs.
• Support development and deployment of AI-powered solutions in Azure AI Foundry.
• Ensure data governance, compliance, and security standards are met across all services.
• Monitor service performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide tier-2/3 technical support for O365 and AI solutions.
• Document system configurations, workflows, and knowledge articles for ongoing operational support.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or closely related field or comparable education.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT engineering, system administration, or AI solution development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (O365) administration and automation (PowerShell, Graph API).
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Proficiency in using Azure AI services, including OpenAI models, Azure AI Foundry, and Cognitive Services.
• Experience designing or maintaining solutions within Azure AI Foundry environments.
• Understanding of identity and access management (preferably with Entra ID).
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, AI-102, PL-200).
• Experience in deploying or integrating Copilot for M365 in enterprise settings.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI workflow orchestration, or semantic search concepts.
• Familiarity with data modeling, training pipelines, and orchestration tools within Azure AI Foundry.
