Cloud Engineer - Quix Recruitment Group : Job Details

Quix Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing fintech company to hire a Cloud Engineer. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure that supports scalable trading and financial applications.You will be responsible for building robust, secure, and automated cloud environments while working closely with development and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
• Ensure security, compliance, and cost optimization in cloud deployments.
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud services to ensure high availability and performance.
• Automate deployment pipelines and support continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards in the cloud.
• Scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or similar.
