Role: Data Engineer

Location: New York/New Jersey/Charlotte, NC/Dallas, TX

Experience: 8+ Years

Responsibilities
  • Develop data-driven solutions using Cloud-based technologies to meet evolving business needs, delivering scalable and high-performance data solutions to clients in US, UK, Canada, and India.
  • Design and develop ETL/ELT applications interfacing with customer applications.
  • Lead and implement data-driven solutions, collaborating with larger development teams.
  • Develop test strategies, plans, and cases for cloud-based solutions.
  • Required Skills and Abilities
  • 8+ years of proven experience in data platform and big data engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL; familiarity with GCP native SQL (BigQuery) is essential.
  • Proficiency in Python; experience with Jupyter notebooks is a plus.
  • Deep experience with Google Data Products (BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Composer, GCS, etc.).
  • Willingness to learn and share knowledge.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and project leaders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Experience translating requirements into solutions using Python and SQL (BigQuery).
  • Experience working in agile teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and professional speaking skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.

    Travel: Up to 10%.
